(okey dokes!)
68 jumped in after her and closed the hatch behind him. He took her hand and lead her through the dark tunnel. They walked for what seemed like an eternity, the tunnel slowly angling upwards until they reached a dead end. 68 let go of 42's hand, pushing back the debris that blocked the dead end, light from the city pouring in. He motioned her follow him out into the city, practically at the door to a large abandoned house. He chirped a bit, keeping an optic out for machines as he waited for 42 to join him at the door.

(lol that's ok 68 motioned for her to enter the house. Closing the door behind them, he turned and looked around. The house was a mess, with clothes and various unfinished trinkets scattered about, inches of dust covering everything. He turned from all of it and lead 42 into an inner room, where various papers and objects where laying on the floor. He ignored the two bodies on the floor, climbing up the table. He chirped at 42, looking down to see if she needed help.

42 followed 68 to the table, coming to a dead halt. Looking at the table, and then at her foot. It still needed breaking in (her soul had not yet connected fully), and she could do little with it besides walk. "....Can I have a little help?"

68 smiled, then hopped off the table to where 42 was. He gestured at her as he took her up some makeshift stairs, consisting of piled up books. They reached the topside of the table, where a small, unmoving figure was seen.

42 sighed in relief. "Thank you!" She looked at the figure. "...What's that?"

68 clicked as he walked over to the figure and sat it up. It was a stitchpunk, with a dark stripe running straight down its cream-colored face. It's eyes were closed.
68 sat it against a couple of books. He pointed to the deactivated stitchpunk, then held up 3 fingers, then closed his optics.

42 looked bewildered, "....3? As in three of us? Or something else? Is he asleep?" She kneeled over to where 68 had sat the thing up. She waved her hand in front of its face. "Heloooo?" She turned to 68. "What are we supposed to do? Are we going to take him back?"

68 shook his head and shrugged. What he meant to say was that he had found the stitchpunk three days ago, but couldn't find how to say it. He looked at 42, hoping that she would know a way to activate it.
What they didn't notice was the slight twitching of the stitchpunk's hands.

"No? Well, I may as well take a look at him. I wonder what's wrong." 42 kneeled over and began to examin the stitchpunk, prodding at its optics and at its feet and such. When she poked one of its hands, it flinched. "Good Creator! He's alive! 68, help me pick him up!"

68 chirped in surprise when 42 claimed that the stitch-punk was activated. He had been coming for the past 3 days and it had shown no signs of life.
He helped42 sit the stitch-punk up, who groaned when they did . He sat in front of it, waiting for its optics to come online, chirping at 42.

"I know, I know! He's waking up!" She scanned the tabletop for a blanket or cushion of some sort. "Are there any blankets for him?"

68 hopped off the table and grabbed some pieces of cloth, then jumped up the 'stairs', handing the blankets off to 42. 68 hovered around 42, unsure of what to do.
The new stitckpunk twitched some more, muttering under its breathe.

42 quickly wrapped the stitchpunk in the blanket shards. She began stroking his face, saying, "C'mon, c'mon, it's time to wake up, dear, please be okay, we need you to be healthy. You can do it, wake up!" The stitchpunk's eyes started whirring.
